SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY

EXCEPTIONAL DENTISTRY TREATMENTS IN SHELLHARBOUR

Shellharbour City Dental – Dental Practice

We are very proud to be a member of the Shellharbour community and would like to thank all our wonderful patients who have entrusted their dental health to our care. We have had a truly remarkable response from the local community and it is our privilege to be able to give something back to the people and community who have helped us grow, through our 'local community sponsorship program'.

If you know of an individual, community group or sporting association, based in the Shellharbour LGA, that is achieving some good things and could use a little help, please let them know that they can apply for financial assistance through our community sponsorship program. Application can be submitted by email to info@shellharbourcitydental.com.au .

Our most recent community support recipient is 15 year old Australian judo representative, Abigail Parduch. Abigail has achieved remarkable success this year in the sport of Judo, winning her weight division at the NSW, ACT and QLD championships. She also gained selection in the Australian Judo Team to compete at the Oceania Judo Championships, held in April in New Caledonia, and topped it off by winning gold medals in her own weight division and in the junior women's team event. This was quite an amazing achievement considering Abigail has been learning Judo for less than 3 years and was competing against older and more experienced rivals in her first international tournament.

Appreciation note received from Abigail's parents, David & Christina

"A big 'thank you' to Luke & Kim Byrne of Shellharbour City Dental who made a vital contribution to our daughter Abigail's 2015 judo success through subsidising the substantial costs of travel, uniforms, registrations, etc. We greatly appreciate their generosity and their community-minded spirit."

We'd like to congratulate Abigail on her sporting achievements to date and wish her all the best for the future, particularly for the upcoming national judo championships in June.
